PDF guide purchase terms

What you receive

Each English PDF guide is sold separately as a one-time purchase. The available editions are listed below:

You receive the guide selected at checkout for your personal use. You may save and print your copy. Redistribution, resale and public sharing are not included.

Payment and delivery

Stripe handles checkout. After payment is confirmed, Resend emails the PDF and a private download link to your checkout email address. The link provides access for 90 days; save the PDF for continued personal use. No intake or appointment is required. Keep your private order link confidential.

Scope

Each guide provides independent, general visa preparation instructions. Government fees, original document issuance, apostilles, translations, insurance, individual advice, document review, application filing and future editions are not included. Ecuadorian authorities decide applications. A purchase does not guarantee eligibility, visa approval, document acceptance or a processing date. Check the guide's official links when preparing your application because requirements can change.

Delivery problems and duplicate payments

Email info@ecuapass.com with your Stripe receipt or order reference if you have a delivery problem or duplicate payment. We will restore access or refund a guide we cannot deliver. Contact us promptly about a duplicate payment. Applicable consumer rights remain unaffected.

Your information

Your checkout email is used to deliver and support your purchase. Buying a guide does not subscribe you to marketing. Stripe handles payment processing, Vercel provides private storage and Resend sends transactional email. See our privacy policy and general terms.
