EcuaPass provides visa consulting and assistance services for individuals seeking to obtain visas and residency in Ecuador. Our services include, but are not limited to:
- Visa consultation and eligibility assessment
- Document preparation and review
- Application submission assistance
- Translation and apostille coordination
- Guidance through the Ecuadorian immigration process
- Educational content about Ecuador visas and immigration
3. No Guarantee of Visa Approval
IMPORTANT: While we strive to provide excellent service and have a high success rate, we cannot and do not guarantee visa approval. The final decision regarding visa applications rests solely with the Ecuadorian government and immigration authorities.
We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to the Ecuadorian government or any government agency. We are an independent consulting service.
4. Client Responsibilities
As a client, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information in all communications and documents
- Respond promptly to requests for additional information or documentation
- Meet all eligibility requirements for your chosen visa type
- Pay all fees and government charges in a timely manner
- Comply with all Ecuadorian immigration laws and regulations
- Inform us immediately of any changes to your circumstances that may affect your application
5. Fees and Payment
Our service fees are separate from government fees, translation costs, apostille fees, and other third-party charges. All fees will be clearly communicated before you engage our services.
Refund Policy:
- Service fees are non-refundable once work has commenced
- Government fees paid are non-refundable regardless of application outcome
- If we determine you are ineligible before work begins, we will provide a full refund
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, videos, and software, is the property of EcuaPass and protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our services and website are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:
- Warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
- Warranties that services will be uninterrupted or error-free
- Warranties regarding the accuracy or completeness of content
- Warranties regarding visa approval or processing times
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, EcuaPass shall not be liable for:
- Visa denials or delays by Ecuadorian authorities
- Changes in immigration law or policy
- Lost opportunities, travel expenses, or consequential damages
- Errors or omissions in client-provided information
- Actions of third-party service providers
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount of fees paid for our services.
9. Confidentiality
We maintain strict confidentiality of client information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We will not disclose your personal information except as necessary to provide services, comply with legal obligations, or with your explicit consent.
10. Communication
By using our services, you consent to receive communications from us via email, phone, WhatsApp, or other means regarding your visa application and related services. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time.
11. User Conduct
You agree not to use our website or services to:
- Violate any laws or regulations
- Provide false or fraudulent information
- Infringe on intellectual property rights
- Transmit viruses, malware, or harmful code
- Harass, abuse, or harm others

We may coordinate with third-party service providers (translators, apostille services, etc.) on your behalf. We are not responsible for the quality, timeliness, or accuracy of third-party services. Separate terms and fees may apply.

14. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Ecuador. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be resolved through:

- Mediation, if negotiation fails
- Arbitration or litigation in Cuenca, Ecuador, if mediation fails

17. Entire Agreement
