Online purchase terms

Your purchase
Each purchase is a one-time payment in USD for the scope shown on its product page. Government fees, original document issuance, apostilles, translations, insurance, notarization, shipping, and other third-party charges are separate unless expressly included. Extra work requires an agreed written scope and price.
Starting work and delivery
Use the private order page to submit your intake and relevant documents. Service turnaround begins when the complete information needed for the review has been received. Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding Ecuador public holidays. We may ask for clarification. Government and external-provider processing times are outside our control. Written reports and reviewed results are delivered through your order page or email; downloadable kits are available after confirmed payment.
Service boundaries
EcuaPass provides administrative visa and document assistance. Ecuadorian authorities decide eligibility and applications. No purchase guarantees approval, document acceptance, or a government processing date. Legal opinions, appeals, and legal representation require a separately arranged qualified professional. Application submission on your behalf requires your written authorization. Remote service delivery can still involve original documents, appointments, or local procedures.
Cancellations and problems
Contact info@ecuapass.com promptly with your order reference to cancel or report a duplicate payment or delivery problem. A service cancelled before review or preparation starts is refundable. After work starts, we assess any refund against work already delivered and agreed commitments. If a managed application is outside the standard scope, you may accept the additional quote or request a refund before preparation starts. For download access problems, we will restore access or refund a product we cannot deliver. Applicable consumer rights remain unaffected.
Visa Plan credit
Your $99 Visa Plan purchase can be credited once toward your own managed application when the upgrade is arranged within 30 days of purchase. Use the upgrade option on your private Visa Plan order page. Eligible standard applications show $799 less your $99 credit, with $700 payable. The source payment must not be refunded or disputed. Contact us if you need a separate scope or have trouble accessing the credit. It has no separate cash value.
Document kits
Kits are a dated edition for your personal use. They contain general preparation guidance and original working templates, not government forms or a personalized eligibility decision. Future updates and individual review are not included. Check linked official sources before relying on a requirement or ordering a time-sensitive document.
Your information
Provide accurate information and documents you are authorized to share. Keep your private order link confidential; anyone with it can access your order. Do not upload account passwords or bank login details. Payment details are handled by Stripe, document storage by Vercel, and transactional email by Resend. Documents are accessible through authenticated order or staff routes. Contact us for access or deletion requests; recordkeeping obligations may require retention of some information.
