Answer a short email intake
Chip follows up by email about each adult’s circumstances, evidence, timing, and questions. No identity-document uploads are requested for this intake.

Confirm fit and delivery
After your initial answers, we confirm the delivery date before substantive preparation starts. If your needs fall outside this scope, you can receive a full refund before work begins.

Receive your written plan
Receive your plan in English by email. One written clarification round is included when requested within 14 days after delivery.

Purchase terms

Your purchase and delivery

The $250 USD service fee covers one written preparation plan in English for up to two adults, the scope listed above, and one written clarification round requested within 14 days after delivery. Intake and delivery are by email. Provide accurate facts for each person and tell us about changes. We confirm fit and your delivery date after the initial answers, before substantive preparation starts. Additional work needs a separate agreed scope and price.

Cancellations and refunds

You may cancel for a full refund before substantive preparation starts. If we cannot fulfill your needs within this scope, we will refund you in full before work begins. After preparation starts, we refund the unused portion based on completed work. Contact info@ecuapass.com with your payment reference to cancel or report a duplicate payment or delivery issue. Applicable consumer rights remain unaffected.

Service boundaries

Application preparation or filing, legal advice or representation, and government or third-party fees are excluded. Legal questions require a separately arranged qualified professional. The plan compares supplied facts with published requirements; it does not establish legal eligibility or certify document authenticity. Ecuadorian authorities decide applications. Approval, document acceptance, and government processing dates cannot be guaranteed. Confirm current official instructions before ordering documents or making travel commitments.
