- Payments: Mercury processes invoice, payer, and bank-transfer information for ACH payments; EcuaPass does not receive your online-banking credentials
- Website and Analytics: Vercel hosts the site and may provide aggregate web analytics. Google Analytics and advertising measurement may be enabled according to your consent choices
- Messaging: If you contact us on WhatsApp, Meta/WhatsApp processes that conversation under its own terms
- Operational Providers: With providers needed for secure document transfer, translation coordination, scheduling, and service delivery
- Legal Requirements: When required by law, court order, or legal process
- Ecuadorian Government: When necessary to submit visa applications on your behalf (only with your explicit consent)

3. No Guarantee of Visa Approval

EcuaPass reviews each matter and provides a written, case-specific quote. Government fees, translation costs, apostille fees, and other third-party charges are separate unless the quote explicitly says otherwise.
Refund Policy:
- Service fees are non-refundable once work has commenced
- Government fees paid are non-refundable regardless of application outcome
- If we determine you are ineligible before work begins, we will provide a full refund
