Edition 2026-09-11. Official records checked September 11, 2026. The French record contradicts itself about the issuing embassy and mixes email and portal instructions; confirm with Ecuador's consular office in Paris. The Hungarian record is more specific. Quota availability was not verified. The kit's main purpose is branch selection and document organization.
