Sample: your starting route and document sequence

Applicant: Alex Example. Plans to move alone and reports ongoing pension income. Has a passport scan but has not requested an income letter.

Starting route to investigate: Pension-based residence, because pension income is the qualification the applicant says they can document. This remains conditional on checking current requirements and the actual evidence.

First missing evidence: A current statement from the income issuer showing the recipient, payment amount, and payment frequency. Ask the issuer what it can provide before paying for document preparation.

Sequence: Confirm the evidence needed for the chosen route → obtain the source documents → confirm the applicable authentication and translation steps → schedule the final document review.

Budget worksheet: EcuaPass service selected: $99 Visa Plan. Government charges, document issuance, authentication, and translations: estimate or quote to be confirmed for the actual case. Do not treat a pending estimate as a total price.

Question for your clarification round: “I receive two separate pension payments. Which issuer records should I request for the review?”
