Terms & Conditions
These terms outline how the EcuaPass referral partner program works. A full partner agreement is provided after approval.
Independent Relationship
Partners are independent contractors, not employees or agents of EcuaPass. You may represent your own services but may not legally represent EcuaPass or bind us to any agreement.
Qualified Referrals
A qualified referral is a new client who completes an intake through your tracking link and signs up for a paid EcuaPass visa service. Self-referrals and duplicate referrals do not qualify.
Commission & Payouts
Commission rates and payout timing are shared in the partner agreement after approval. Payouts are processed after the referred client pays for services and any applicable refund period passes.
Tracking & Attribution
Referrals are tracked using your unique partner link. It is your responsibility to ensure clients use your link so we can attribute the referral correctly.
Ethical Promotion
Partners must promote EcuaPass honestly and accurately. Do not make guarantees about visa approval, processing times, or outcomes. Do not use spam, misleading advertising, or unauthorized discounts.
Client Experience
EcuaPass is responsible for client communication, document review, and service delivery after the referral. Partners should not promise specific legal outcomes or immigration advice on our behalf.
Confidentiality
Any client information shared with you as part of the referral process must be kept confidential and handled in accordance with applicable privacy laws.
Program Changes
EcuaPass reserves the right to update commission structures, terms, or terminate the partner relationship at any time with reasonable notice.
