What the request means: The requested page needs to be supplied clearly. This example does not establish whether the rest of the application has been accepted.
Evidence to prepare: A complete replacement scan, the exact filename it replaces, and a copy of the notice so its wording can be checked against the proposed response.
Suggested response structure: Identify the application and notice → name the replacement attachment → briefly explain that it supplies the requested legible page.
Draft review note: The proposed reply names certificate-full.pdf, but the attached file is named certificate-page1.pdf. Make the names consistent before submitting.
Deadline check: Record the response deadline stated in the actual notice. If the remaining time is shorter than our published turnaround, confirm availability before purchasing. The review does not extend that deadline or include filing.
