ECUAPASS VISA CONSULTING SERVICE AGREEMENT
This agreement is between EcuaPass (Iterative Systems LLC) and the client named above.
Scope. EcuaPass provides private visa consulting and document-support services for the Consanguinity Visa application. This does not include legal representation.
No guarantee. EcuaPass cannot and does not guarantee visa approval. Final decisions are made solely by Ecuadorian immigration authorities.
Client responsibilities. The client is responsible for providing accurate information, obtaining required documents, paying government fees directly, and maintaining valid health insurance.
Payments. The $300 retainer is non-refundable and due at engagement. The remaining service fee balance of $300 is due at visa approval. Government fees, translations, apostilles, insurance, and travel are separate and paid directly by the client.
Liability limitation. EcuaPass liability is limited to the amount paid for services. EcuaPass is not liable for delays, denials, or costs arising from inaccurate client information or government processing.
Disputes. Any disputes shall be resolved under Ecuadorian law.
