Visa assistance purchase terms

Edition: October 23, 2026. Each service fee covers one applicant and one selected visa route: a personalized checklist, human document review, application preparation, authorized submission assistance and routine follow-up. Submission requires your authorization and complete accepted evidence.

Government fees, translations, apostilles, background checks, notarization, courier, insurance and SENESCYT degree registration are separate. Investment capital is not a service fee. Legal representation and appeals are not included. Any additional scope requires a written quote accepted before work begins.

Screening and acceptance

Initial screening is provisional. Payment does not guarantee eligibility, visa approval, appointment availability or a government timeline. If human review finds we cannot accept your case, we refund the full service fee.

Cancellations

Contact info@ecuapass.com with your application reference. Cancellation before review or preparation starts is refundable. After accepted work starts, any refund is assessed against work already delivered and agreed commitments. Applicable consumer rights remain unaffected. Duplicate payments will be investigated and corrected.

Documents and privacy

Uploads are private and accessible only through authorized access. Missing documents can follow after payment. Do not send government portal passwords or original documents without agreed instructions. Unpaid abandoned drafts and documents are removed after 30 days of inactivity; unresolved payments are retained for reconciliation. Paid records follow the existing privacy policy.

Family members have separate applications and fees. Staff can link cases for coordination without granting family members access to one another’s files.

Existing purchases and Visa Plan credits remain governed by their existing terms. Contact Chip before purchasing if you have a credit.
